Built in 1888, the residential building was extensively renovated between 2015 and 2018, insulated to the highest standards and has the latest energy technology. Among other things, it has a photovoltaic system to generate electricity and a solar thermal system to heat water. The original exterior beams were reused in the interior work, which, together with the beautiful wooden parquet flooring and the Swedish stove, creates a very cozy living atmosphere. Numerous outdoor spaces invite you to relax in a peaceful location surrounded by alpine meadows.

The triplex apartment is being sold furnished. It is not rented out and has been used exclusively by the owners. The apartment can be used as a main or secondary residence.
