The possibilities of use are manifold: I would see well a restaurant activity perhaps using the outdoor spaces for weddings and ceremonies in pure roof style, or expand the B&B with other themed or two -room apartments in the household, or the creation of spaces for teaching workshops perhaps with the addition of animals typical of the farm and why not also keep the existing one by dedicating themselves to dog breeding.
