Gaucin House

Country house in Gaucin, next to the Genal River, surrounded by fruit trees, citrus, 120 olive trees, grapevines, a vegetable garden, and 920 avocado trees producing about 46,000 kilos of avocados annually. There is also a chicken coop.

The estate is fenced and has a drip irrigation system throughout its approximately 7 hectares (70,000 m²). It has two artesian wells filling two water tanks: one with a capacity of 110,000 liters located at the higher part of the estate, and another well closer to the house with a 40,000-liter capacity, equipped with a water softener and disinfectant. Additionally, there is a drilled well at 17 meters depth that supplies all the water for irrigating the orchards and trees.

The main house features a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. There is a guest house with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room. The caretakers’ house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan living-dining room, and kitchen. There is also another independent small house that could be converted into another guest house; it is currently used as a winery.

The property includes a private pool. The house has several fireplaces, a boiler, solar panels, a power generator, and abundant water supply.
