Winery And Vineyards For Sale In Chianti Classico

This winery is located in a hilly position with a wide view that sweeps over its vineyards. The property consists of 11.5 hectares of vineyards, has a cellar for vinification and aging, a building in the village as well as a ruin to be restored in the vineyard.
Overlooking the own vineyards is located the wine cellar of 478 square meters. The building is a simple construction and houses the vinification tanks as well as the barriques for aging the wine.
The stone farmhouse is located in the center of the village and measures 362 sqm on three floors and reflects the traditional Tuscan style. It is currently used for the storage of wines. The restoration of the building with terracotta floors and wooden beams allows it to be used for residential purposes or an accommodation business.
In the middle of the vineyards there is a former barn of about 130 square meters to be restored which enjoys an incredible view. We see it suitable for a spectacular tasting room!
The property covers a total of 12.5 hectares of land, of which 11.5 hectares are planted with vineyards (8.5 hectares with the Chianti Classico DOCG and 3 hectares with IGT) mainly Sangiovese varieties, in addition to Merlot and Ancellotta.

The total annual production is 60,000/65,000 bottles.
