On the Sinise hills, in a very panoramic position, there is this old-style village with several residential units immersed in the vineyards of one of the most renowned companies in the area and surrounded by spectacular views thanks to its dominant position at an altitude of 450 meters.

Location

In the heart of Tuscany, only an hour and a half from the center of Florence, two hours from Pisa and 40 minutes by car from Siena, in the area of Gaiole in Chianti - a mecca of typical Tuscan wines. This hamlet is surrounded by greenery and vineyards and olive groves (a part of which can be purchased separately).

Description

The village is composed of 7 different residential units in the rustic style, covering a total area of about 2,200 square meters. There have been done the first construction works carried out up to the masonry works, the possible buyer has therefore the possibility to choose the whole phase of plant (electrical / hydraulic), subdivision of the units and of interior furnishings.
