Amongst the gentle Florentine hills, not far from Lucca and Pisa, one finds this marvelous estate immersed in a 23-hectare park.
The property is accessed from two splendid tree-lined avenues, located on opposite sides of the estate, within a nature reserve of extraordinary beauty, where time seems to have stopped hundreds of years ago.
This wonderful estate is made up of three completely renovated villas built in different periods. The main villa dating back to the 19th century is spread over three floors and has recently been completely renovated.
The central country villa, from a more recent period, consists of a large living area on the ground floor with a service area for the swimming pool located nearby, and a beautiful apartment with terrace on the upper floor. The whole is completed by another splendid two-level farmhouse, rebuilt in 2019 in a rustic style but in line with the most recent green building technologies.
This enchanting property is completed by an agricultural outbuilding in good condition and a solar greenhouse for plant lovers.
These fantastic residences, surrounded by large green spaces and in a context of complete privacy, are the ideal place for those seeking moments of leisure and relaxation a short distance from the most important cultural Tuscan centers

Lucca, a fortified town rising amidst vineyards and olive trees in the hills of Tuscany, is one of the main art cities in Italy. The most important European textile center since the Middle Ages, it keeps track of a rich history in the elegant and majestic villas with magnificent parks outside the walls, that once were the residences of the wealthy families active in the silk trade. What amazes most the visitors, however, are the Renaissance walls of the XV century surrounding the historic core of the city. The works promoted in the XIX century by Elisa Bonaparte Baciocchi, in honor of her brother Napoleon, led to the current structure of the central square Piazza Napoleone. The city also boasts many medieval churches of great architectural impact which make it gain the nickname of “the City of 100 Churches”. Lucca is one of the prides of Tuscany for its beauty and enchanting atmosphere and, thanks to this, many foreign visitors, after visiting the city and admiring its culture, choose it as a place to establish their second residence.
