Create Your Dream Home On Expansive 5 Acre Canvas

Set among the rolling countryside southwest of Franklin, Kittrell Estates is a rare collection of just eight homesites, where open pastures, peaceful farmland, mature tree lines, and the natural beauty of Kelly Branch create a setting that feels wonderfully removed from it all—yet remains close to the best of Williamson County.

This 5-acre homesite offers a beautiful canvas for your dream home, with expansive, mostly cleared land framed by mature trees and the gentle flow of a stream through the property. The landscape invites you to imagine a home thoughtfully positioned to capture the surrounding views, with room to create the outdoor spaces and lifestyle you’ve always envisioned.

With the opportunity to build a home of up to five bedrooms, this homesite offers the flexibility to create something truly your own. Bring your vision to life in a setting where mornings begin with open skies and the sounds of the countryside, afternoons unfold along the water, and evenings are framed by the quiet beauty of the land.

Kittrell Estates offers the best of both worlds: the peace and privacy of a rural setting surrounded by working farmland and open pastures, paired with convenient access to historic downtown Franklin, charming Leiper’s Fork, Berry Farms, and Spring Hill. With only eight homesites and approximately five to six acres per lot, opportunities to own a piece of this landscape are exceptionally limited.

Come build not simply a house, but a home rooted in the land and designed around the way you want to live.
