Villa

Port Grimaud is a privately developed waterfront enclave on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, conceived in the 1960s by architect François Spoerry as a car-free village built directly on the water. Its coloured Provençal facades, private quays, and pedestrian lanes give it a character unlike anything else on the Côte d’Azur. Each residence has direct canal access, and the absence of through traffic creates a quality of daily life that larger coastal towns in the region cannot replicate.

The village centre has restaurants, a weekly market, and a church with a panoramic tower. Saint-Tropez is a ten-minute boat ride across the gulf. Sainte-Maxime, with its supermarkets, pharmacies, and year-round services, is a short drive along the D559. The nearest large supermarket and medical facilities are in Grimaud or Sainte-Maxime.

The nearest train station is at Les Arcs-Draguignan, approximately 35 kilometres away, with TGV connections to Paris in around four hours. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is roughly 90 kilometres east, reachable in under 90 minutes by car outside peak season. Toulon-Hyères Airport, around 80 kilometres west, offers additional European connections and is a useful alternative for regional access.
