The building is located within a hunting reserve known as “Il Barco,” which once covered one hundred hectares, surrounded by defensive walls and bordering the Candigliano River.

After several centuries, the building underwent a meticulous interior and exterior restoration to return it to its original condition. The 700-square-meter property is located 25 km from the Adriatic Sea and 18 km from the city of Urbino.
