The 43 independent villas, all single-story, are set in a landscaped setting curated by Renata Tilli, which celebrates typical Ceará vegetation with ipomeias-lilás, carnaúbas, and mandacarus. The interiors bear the signature of Brenda Rolim of Estúdio do Bem studio, while the lighting of the spaces was designed by Carlos Fortes to enhance each room with balance and visual comfort.

The villas are divided into three main types:
- Villas with 3 suites, total area of 256 m²;
- Villas with 4 suites, total area of 281 m²;
- Villas with 4 premium suites, total area of 306 m².

Each unit has large living areas, open kitchen, terrace with gourmet area, redário (relaxation area with hammocks), and spacious bedrooms all with private bathrooms. All residences offer three parking spaces and are designed according to the Voronoy concept, which provides maximum privacy and optimal orientation toward the rising.

Common areas include an elegant clubhouse with a swimming pool for adults and children, SPA with sauna and massage area, fully equipped gymnasium, gourmet lounge, and spaces dedicated to convivial moments. The condominium also offers exclusive concierge service and pay-per-use services such as governança, private chef, gardening, and massage.
