My name is Lorenzo Lucani, founder of Toscana Servizi Immobiliari. I was born and raised in Cortona, as were my parents, and for nearly three decades I have dedicated my professional life to helping clients discover, acquire and sell exceptional properties in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.

Since 1997, I have worked as a real estate agent with a particular focus on prestigious residences, historic homes, country estates, villas and distinctive properties throughout Cortona and the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

My roots here are an essential part of the service I offer. A lifetime spent in Cortona has given me an intimate knowledge of the territory, its history, its people and its property market. This local expertise, combined with a genuine passion for Tuscany and an international approach to real estate, allows me to offer clients far more than a simple property search.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of representing and selling remarkable properties to clients from Italy and around the world, working with buyers and sellers with very different backgrounds, expectations and levels of investment. Whatever the value of the transaction, my philosophy remains the same: every client deserves discretion, personal attention, transparency and the highest level of professional care.

My academic background has also shaped the way I approach my profession. I hold a degree in Philosophy and a Master’s Degree in History from the University of Siena. This passion for history, culture and the identity of places gives me a particular appreciation for the architectural and historical heritage of the properties I represent.

I have been a member of FIAIP – the Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents – since 2001. From 2017 to 2021, I served as Foreign Sector Delegate for the Tuscany Region, Vice President for the Province of Arezzo, and as a member of the FIAIP Tuscany Regional Council.

International real estate has always been an important part of my professional activity. I regularly attend specialist training programmes, including CIPS – Certified International Property Specialist, TRC – Transnational Referral Certification, and executive courses at SDA Bocconi University, and I personally participate in international real estate exhibitions and professional events across Europe.
