This recently restored historic mansion house sits nestled into the hillside just 15 minutes from central Florence. The views from the property are breathtakingly panoramic including the rolling hills of the Chianti and the skyline of Florence with its Brunelleschi Duomo. The property is currently used as one single private residence, however it can also be sub-divided into three apartments with minimal work required.

The Villa

The main building has approximately 1000 m2 of floor area spread over four floors with the majority of rooms benefitting from a south facing exposure.
