Finestrat Villa

Set between the Puig Campana and the sea, bordered on one side by the Alfarelles de la Tapiada river and facing the Puig Campana golf course, La Pinada Nature Resort occupies one of the calmest settings in Finestrat. The beaches of Benidorm are a five-minute drive away; the pine forest begins at the door.

The development has been conceived as a single-access enclave: one entrance and exit, a perimeter defined by the river, the surrounding pine woods and its own internal streets, and homes delivered with pre-installation for alarm and security cameras.
