Modern resort located in a residential area of Finestrat, just 15 minutes away by car from the fabulous beaches of Benidorm. The local commercial centre is just a few minutes’ drive from the resort, where all the daily necessities can be found. The area is well connected with the AP7 and N332 motorways from Alicante airport.

The villas are built on plots from 400m2, and consist of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and two terrace-solariums. The main floor consists of a lounge, dining area and kitchen, which opens onto the terrace, garden and private pool. There are also 2 bedrooms, with a shared bathroom, and a guest toilet on the main floor. The master bedroom, with private bathroom and walk-in closet, can be found on the first floor. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic views from the two terrace-solariums on the first or the top floors. Each villa includes pre-installed ducted AC, private pool and parking on the plot. It is possible to customize the villa, with the option to build a basement, or choose from various other options.

The resort has a fabulous communal area with 2 spacious pools, an area with chairs and tables for informal get-togethers and children’s play area.
