Built in 2012 by architect Jean-Marie Pettès, this house with serpentine lines offers a peaceful living environment in absolute tranquility. Perfectly adapted to the local climate and surrounding nature, it is certified as a Low Energy Building. Set on a wooded plot of 1,900 m², this single-story house covers an area of 185 m². It is organized around three distinct modules connected at the center by the living areas. These include: - A large fully equipped kitchen - A compact and functional pantry - A dining area - A living room with an insert fireplace The entire space is bathed in light thanks to sliding glass doors that bring nature inside. The second module, overlooking the pond, houses a suite with ample storage, a bathroom and shower, a dressing room, and separate toilets. The last module is accessed by a long corridor, reminiscent of a train walkway, inviting a sense of journey.
