Felanitx Farmhouse

Cas Concos is a small, unhurried village in the interior of Mallorca, sitting within the municipality of Felanitx in the island’s southeast. The surrounding landscape is defined by dry-stone walls, almond and carob groves, and rolling agricultural land that has changed little over centuries. The village retains a genuinely local character, largely untouched by the tourism pressures that have reshaped much of the Mallorcan coast, making it one of the more quietly prestigious addresses for buyers seeking authenticity over convenience.

The village has a small bar and a church at its centre. The market town of Felanitx, roughly six kilometres away, provides weekly markets, supermarkets, and everyday services. The coastal resort of Cala d’Or is approximately fifteen kilometres east, offering restaurants and marina facilities. Santanyi, known for its Saturday market and independent dining scene, is around twelve kilometres to the south.

Felanitx is reached in under ten minutes by car. Palma, the island’s capital, is approximately fifty kilometres to the northwest, a drive of around forty-five minutes via the Ma-15. Palma de Mallorca Airport handles direct routes to most major European cities and is approximately fifty kilometres from Cas Concos, reachable in roughly forty to fifty minutes depending on traffic.
