Èze Building Plot With Panoramic Sea View

Èze occupies one of the most commanding positions on the Côte d’Azur, a medieval perched village rising to 427 metres above the Mediterranean between Nice and Monaco. The village itself, with its stone-paved lanes, vaulted passages, and the ruins of a 14th-century castle at its summit, has remained largely unchanged for centuries. The Saint-Laurent Supérieur district sits on the upper slopes below the village, offering the same southward orientation and sea views that have made Èze one of the most sought-after addresses on the French Riviera.

The village centre is a short drive up from Saint-Laurent Supérieur, with the Château Eza restaurant and the Jardin Exotique d’Èze as immediate reference points. Beaulieu-sur-Mer and its market are ten minutes by car. Monaco is roughly fifteen minutes east, and the beaches of Villefranche-sur-Mer are similarly close.

Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 25 kilometres west, reachable in 30 to 40 minutes by car via the A8 autoroute or the Basse Corniche. The Èze-sur-Mer train station, on the coastal line connecting Nice and Monaco, sits at the base of the village and provides regular rail connections in both directions. Monaco is under 15 minutes by train. The TGV from Nice connects to Paris in around five and a half hours.
