Èze occupies one of the most commanding positions on the French Riviera, a medieval perched village rising to 427 metres above the Mediterranean between Nice and Monaco. The village itself, classified among the most beautiful in France, is defined by its stone ramparts, narrow cobbled lanes, and the ruins of a 14th-century castle that frame unobstructed views across the Ligurian Sea toward the Italian coast. The surrounding commune extends from the coastal Basse Corniche to the Grande Corniche, offering a range of elevations and exposures.

The A8 provides direct motorway access toward Cannes, Antibes, and the Italian border.
