Eygalières is one of the most quietly coveted villages in the Alpilles, a small limestone range that defines the landscape of the Bouches-du-Rhône. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, with its broader range of shops, galleries, and the Saturday market on Place de la République, is approximately eight kilometres away by car.

Avignon, with its TGV station connecting to Paris Gare de Lyon in approximately two hours and forty minutes, is roughly thirty kilometres north.
