Estepona occupies a distinct position on the Costa del Sol, sitting between Marbella to the east and Gibraltar to the southwest, with the Sierra Bermeja mountains forming a dramatic backdrop. Unlike much of the coast, Estepona has preserved a functioning historic centre, with whitewashed streets, flower-lined plazas, and a working fishing port. Valle Romano, the area where this project is located, is one of the town’s most established residential addresses, known for its golf course setting and proximity to the seafront.

The old town offers a genuine daily rhythm: the Mercado de Abastos on Calle Castillo for fresh produce, and a strong restaurant scene along the port and Avenida de España. Valle Romano Golf is immediately accessible. Puerto Banús and central Marbella are around 25 minutes by car.

Estepona sits on the A-7 coastal road and the AP-7 toll motorway, placing Marbella within 30 minutes and Málaga city within approximately one hour by car. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the main international hub for the region, is roughly 85 kilometres away, around 55 to 65 minutes by road, with direct connections to most major European cities year-round.
