It sits at a comfortable remove from the density of central Estepona while remaining within the broader Costa del Sol infrastructure.

La Resina Golf Club is directly accessible from the area. Estepona town center, with its covered market, seafront promenade, and restaurants along Calle Terraza, is approximately 10 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, including Playa del Cristo and Playa de la Rada, are a short drive west. Puerto Banus is around 15 minutes east.

The AP-7 and A-7 coastal highway provide direct access east toward Marbella (25 minutes) and west toward Gibraltar (45 minutes). Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is approximately 75 kilometers away, roughly one hour by car, with connections to most major European cities.
