Son Cabaspre is a small, low-density residential enclave set in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana, on the outskirts of Esporles. The surrounding landscape is defined by terraced olive groves, pine woodland, and the dry-stone walls characteristic of traditional Mallorcan agriculture. Properties here sit on generous plots with considerable separation between neighbours, giving the area a distinctly private character that is rare this close to Palma.

The village of Esporles, roughly two kilometres away, has a butcher, bakeries, and a weekly market. The restaurant Es Grau is a local reference point for traditional Mallorcan cooking. Palma’s Mercat de l’Olivar and the full range of the city’s dining and cultural offer are approximately 15 kilometres by road.

Esporles sits on the Ma-1100, which connects directly to Palma in around 20 minutes by car. Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 30 kilometres from Son Cabaspre, typically a 30 to 35 minute drive via the Via Cintura ring road. There is no direct rail connection, so a car is essential for daily life. The airport operates year-round international routes to most major European cities, with additional seasonal capacity in summer.
