The estate consists of two independent accommodations with a total capacity for 10 people, providing versatility for both private use and holiday rentals:
Intimate apartment for 2 guests. Main house with capacity for 8 guests. Possibility of joint use as a family residence or full exploitation.
Its location is strategic: just minutes from the beaches of Santo Tomás and Binigaus and the paths of the Camí de Cavalls, in a natural environment of high landscape and ecological value.
A unique property that combines authenticity, style, and projection, with the additional appeal of generating income when not used as a private residence.
Es Migjorn Gran is one of Menorca’s smallest and most characterful inland villages, sitting in the southern interior of the island at an elevation that keeps it cool and quiet through the summer months. The village retains a genuinely unhurried pace, with whitewashed facades, narrow lanes, and a social life centred on the church square. It has none of the commercial development found along the coast, which is precisely what draws buyers seeking an authentic Menorcan setting.
The village has a handful of local restaurants, including Es Bruc, which has a long-standing reputation on the island. The beaches of Santo Tomás and Binigaus are roughly five minutes by car. The Camí de Cavalls coastal path, a protected historic trail circling the entire island, is directly accessible from the village outskirts.
Mahón, the island capital, is approximately 20 kilometres to the northeast, around 25 minutes by car, giving access to the ferry terminal with regular sailings to Barcelona and Valencia. Menorca Airport sits just outside Mahón and is served by direct flights to major European cities, with journey times of under two and a half hours to London, Paris, and Frankfurt. Ciutadella, the island’s second city, is around 30 minutes west by road.

Our team will help you find the perfect home to retreat or to spend the holidays. Menorca is the least developed of the Balearic Islands with the most pristine beaches, it is a favourite of divers, astronomers and those seeking utter peace and calm. With the recently opened Hauser & Wirth Art Gallery on Isla del Rey, a small island just off the city of Mahon, as well as the boom in concept stores and boutique hotels, it has become a top destination for art and culture enthusiasts.
