Casco Antiguo is the historic core of Seville, one of the most architecturally significant city centres in southern Europe. Its streets contain an extraordinary concentration of Moorish, Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque heritage, from the Alcázar palace complex and the Gothic cathedral to the narrow lanes of the Barrio Santa Cruz. Living here means daily proximity to monuments of genuine international importance, within a quarter that has shaped Andalusian identity for over a thousand years.

Day-to-day life in Casco Antiguo centres on the Mercado de Triana across the river, the tapas bars of Calle Mateos Gago, and restaurants such as Eslava and Abades Triana. The Museo de Bellas Artes, the Archivo de Indias, and the Teatro de la Maestranza opera house are all within walking distance.

Seville Santa Justa station connects to Madrid in approximately two and a half hours by AVE high-speed rail, and to Córdoba in under an hour. Seville Airport, located roughly 10 kilometres northeast of the city centre, operates direct routes to major European hubs including London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Amsterdam. The A-4 motorway provides straightforward road access south toward Jerez de la Frontera and Cádiz, both reachable in under an hour by car.
