House In Masnou

In the center of El Masnou, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and the station, this house effectively addresses something that is not common: updating a building with history without losing what makes it interesting. The renovation, completed in 2025, goes beyond the visible. Facilities have been renewed, insulation improved, and efficiency optimized, so the house performs well in daily use. The organization across several levels allows for the separation of environments without resorting to rigid distributions. The spaces easily adapt to different ways of living, with no wasted areas. The main floor concentrates daily life with a direct relationship to the outside. The living room, dining room, and kitchen function continuously, and the patio is incorporated as another room. It is well-sized and prepared for use: pool, seating area, outdoor dining, and shower. The sleeping area is distributed across four bedrooms, two of which are en suite. Additionally, there is a versatile space currently functioning as a second living room, but which can easily be converted into a third master suite if needed.
