Eindhoven Villa

Bordering the Karpendonkse city park, on one of Eindhoven’s most sought-after avenues, stands a villa that redefines the meaning of “finished.” In 2025, a complete renovation was finalized here, a project of exceptional caliber, designed and realized for and by interior architect François Hannes himself.

When, as an architect, you are capable of creating the very best, one essential condition remains: the location. And once that was found — with the city park as a natural backyard — the real work could begin. What emerged here is not merely a residence, but a total concept. A masterpiece in which architecture, interior design, and surroundings merge into an unparalleled living experience.

From sightlines to material selection, from natural light to layout, every detail has been crafted with precision. The home is finished to perfection, combining extraordinary comfort with a sense of serenity and refined elegance.
