Created by internationally acclaimed Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, Wedyan brings a distinctly different architectural language to Dubai — one shaped by nature, water, light, texture and the relationship between interior and exterior space.
Set along the Dubai Canal in Business Bay, Wedyan is conceived as a vertical landscape, with layered forms, planted terraces and carefully framed views creating a sense of privacy and calm above the city.
The architecture draws from Kuma’s Japanese philosophy of integrating buildings with their environment rather than separating them from it. Natural materials, filtered light, greenery and open-air spaces become part of the experience of living.
A LIMITED COLLECTION
Wedyan comprises only 149 residences, making it an exceptionally limited collection for a landmark development in central Dubai.
