At the edge of the Dourdan forest, a country house in a park of mature woodland. A short walk from the historic centre, the property has two separate entrances from the street. It comprises an 18th-century hunting lodge extended in the 19th century by a two-level wing of near-square plan, which combines with the original structure to form a composition of contrasting volumes. The main building is covered by a slate mansard roof with a small attic rooflight, while the older section has a gabled roof, also in slate. The rendered facades are articulated by tall windows and numerous French doors fitted with wooden louvred shutters.
