The multifunctional room features traditional Japanese Vivere Zen tatami mats. The expansive garden, designed to blend naturally with the surrounding landscape, will be created by Flera Atelier led by Ferdinand Leffler. Energy self-sufficiency is ensured through a private well, wastewater treatment system, and photovoltaic panels, while connection to the public electricity grid is also available.

Set on a picturesque southwest-facing meadow slope, the property enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding forests. The peaceful location allows residents to fully experience the sounds of nature, while the absence of light pollution creates ideal conditions for stargazing and observing meteor showers.
