Project description: it is a megaproject to tourist character which will enhance the potential reception and the attractiveness of the country, in particular the Bizerte region. It will extend over an area of approximately 200 hectares and will consist of 4 luxury hotel units, apartment-hotels, a new medina with a capacity of 25,000 people, a marina with 450 parking places, an offshore center for care and medical services, a water park, spa and luxury shopping centers.
12 km north of the city of Bizerte in the seaside of ”Ain Damous” which is one of the nicest beaches of the Mediterranean.
