This modern three-bedroom penthouse is generously sized in all its aspects, in such a way that you immediately experience a wow-moment upon entering. On the sea side, a deep porch extends over the entire width of the penthouse. While relaxing in the jacuzzi, you can enjoy the tropical atmosphere and the magnificent view over the Caribbean Sea. The penthouse is located in La Palapa Beach Resort on the Caracas bay in Jan Thiel, one of Curaçao’s most popular locations. Part of the yachting community, La Palapa is situated in front of marina’s and at the Spanish Water Bay. The famous Jan Thiel beach and Caracas Bay with its restaurants, beach bars, dive spots and other leisure facilities are a three-minute drive away. The penthouse can be reached by staircase or by elevator. Upon entering, a bright, huge living room opens up from where you immediately enjoy the beautiful view over the Caribbean Sea. Remarkable are the spacious sliding glass doors that extend across the full width of the penthouse which creates a natural light. The sleek kitchen within all luxuries such as an induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is situated in a corner and is connected to the living room via a kitchen island with bar. The kitchen also has a separate pantry and direct access to the veranda.

From the living room you enter two spacious bedrooms on the right side of the penthouse. One spacious bedroom is located on the seaside from where you step directly onto the veranda. The bedroom on the garden side has a built-in wardrobe and access to the terrace. The bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with each a separate entrance. The third bedroom on the left has an ensuite bathroom.

The veranda on the garden and sea side extends the entire width of the penthouse. The veranda with jacuzzi is large enough for a lounge and dinner table where it is lovely to relax. Enjoy and provide inspiring views of the beach with one of the island’s landmarks; Fort Beekenburg. The veranda at the garden side overlooks La Palapa’s garden and the common pool.

The penthouse is excellently built on the wind, making it cool in all rooms. There is also air conditioning in both the living- and bedroom. The entire penthouse has a light-tiled floor.
La Palapa is a gated resort with 24/7 security. The penthouse is suitable for own occupation as well for short- and long-term rental. A rental and management office is available on location.

Included in the price monthly HOA fee of 1,300 Naf is a parking space.
