La Joya Cuernavaca

3,247 m² of flat, mature garden inside a private gated community with 24-

The trees were here for decades before the house. Amates, palms,

cypresses and bougainvillea that give shade and privacy, and make the

garden, guests come and go without crossing the main house. Staff

Pool heated by boiler and solar panels, in use year-round. The grounds

also include an area ideally suited to developing a tennis court or creating

The original construction is over five decades old and retains its
