In Cubelles, on the Mediterranean coast, this newly built apartment is part of a residential project designed by MIAS Arquitectes, an architecture and urban planning studio founded by Josep Miàs and internationally renowned for its integration of architecture, landscape, and community life. Located on the first floor of a four-story building, the property offers 95 m² of built area and 82 m² of usable space, distributed among three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area extends onto a 13.97 m² terrace facing the sea, maximizing natural light and fostering a connection with the surrounding environment. The architecture of the complex is based precisely on its relationship with the landscape. Large windows visually connect the interiors with the terraces, while the communal areas have been designed to allow residents to enjoy the outdoors and the Mediterranean climate year-round. Founded in 2000, MIAS Arquitectes develops an architecture characterized by experimentation, innovative construction techniques, and the incorporation of sustainable solutions. In this project, these principles are applied to a residential setting where architecture and nature coexist seamlessly.
