In the serene setting of Costa de la Calma, where the Mediterranean sets the unhurried rhythm of daily life and the sea becomes a constant backdrop, this charming chalet combines privacy, open views and a natural connection with its surroundings. Just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and the area’s popular beach bar, the property enjoys a privileged location that allows you to experience summer all year round, with sunset swims, coastal walks and the characteristic calm that defines this highly sought-after enclave in the southwest of Mallorca.
Set on a generous plot of approximately 1,100 m², the house was renovated in 2004 and today presents itself as a solid, bright and well-proportioned home, designed to be enjoyed both with family and when welcoming guests. With around 350 m² of constructed area, the property is arranged over two levels, thoughtfully designed to make the most of the sea views and the abundance of natural light.
The main living level, located on the upper floor, is undoubtedly the heart of the home. From here, views of the Mediterranean accompany everyday life and become an integral part of the interior landscape. The living and dining areas flow seamlessly into one another, creating a warm and elegant space connected to a functional, well-integrated kitchen. This level also offers a guest toilet and two bedrooms, including the master suite with its own en-suite bathroom and a pleasant sense of privacy. From here, there is access to a terrace with beautiful sea views, an ideal spot for relaxed breakfasts or alfresco dinners as the sun sets on the horizon.
The lower level further enhances the versatility of the property and easily adapts to different lifestyles. It comprises two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room and a spacious room currently used as a children’s playroom, which could just as easily be transformed into a home cinema, gym or office. This floor is completed by an internal garage for one vehicle, as well as additional exterior parking space within the property for another car.
Several terraces surround the house, offering sunny corners and shaded areas throughout the day, always framed by greenery and the tranquillity that defines Costa de la Calma. The combination of location, sea views, generous proportions and proximity to the coast makes this property an excellent choice both as a permanent residence and as a second home.
MallorcaSite, your real estate agency, recommends this property for the tranquillity of the area, its excellent location and the privileged sea views the house enjoys.

Costa de la Calma is a low-density residential enclave on the southwest coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Calvia. It occupies a gently elevated position above the coastline, giving much of the area direct sightlines over the Mediterranean. The enclave is characterised by detached villas set on generous plots, mature pine and olive vegetation, and a notably quiet residential character that distinguishes it from the busier resort towns of the surrounding coast.
The beach at Costa de la Calma is a short walk from most addresses in the enclave. Santa Ponsa, roughly two kilometres east, provides supermarkets, restaurants, and a marina. Paguera, five minutes by car, offers a wider selection of dining and a well-regarded weekly market. Palma de Mallorca is approximately 25 kilometres northeast.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is around 25 kilometres from Costa de la Calma, typically a 25 to 30 minute drive via the Ma-1 motorway, making it one of the more practical locations on the island for frequent travellers. The airport operates year-round international routes to most major European cities, with significantly expanded frequency during the summer season. There is no rail connection to this part of the island, so a car is essential for daily life.
