Description
Only ten minutes by car from Cortona the ancient hamlet is characterized by its generous extension of land and surface area to be used for residential purposes. The rest of the land is destined to forest and pasture . You can easily increase the hectares of vines because the land in gentle slope is easily cultivated and there is the possibility of planting new vineyards .

The hamlet is completely made of stone and needs maintenance and renovation works . The floors are in old terracotta , the vaulted stone ceilings and wooden windows . Everything is reminiscent of the old country dwellings serving agriculture but with a very harmonious and elegant rural stately style .
