Cortes Benahavis Villa

Cortes de Benahavis is a gated residential enclave set in the hills above the Benahavis municipality, one of the most sought-after addresses on the western Costa del Sol. Positioned between the coast and the Serrania de Ronda mountains, the area is defined by its elevation, its pine and cork oak landscape, and its consistent panoramic views across the Mediterranean toward the North African coastline. It sits within a municipality that has the highest per-capita income in Andalusia.

The village of Benahavis, known for its concentration of restaurants along a single main street, is approximately ten minutes by car. Puerto Banus and its marina, with its full range of retail, dining, and services, is around fifteen minutes. Marbella town centre is roughly twenty minutes. The AP-7 motorway provides fast access along the coast in both directions.

Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is approximately 55 kilometres east and reachable in under an hour by car via the AP-7. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities and several long-haul destinations. Gibraltar Airport, an alternative for certain UK routes, is around 45 minutes west. The coastal rail line connecting Fuengirola and Malaga city runs from Estepona direction but the primary mode of transport in this area is private car.
