Aurora

Aurora comprises two mirrored residences on the coastline of Loutraki, overlooking the Corinthian Gulf. Set at the end of a quiet road between the sea and a pine-covered hillside, the properties enjoy uninterrupted views across the Gulf and direct access to the shoreline below. Loutraki combines a lively waterfront with a renowned thermal spa and is approximately 90 minutes from Athens.

Each residence combines a 100 sq.m. ground-floor apartment with a 200 sq.m. two-storey maisonette above. Together, the two levels provide a flexible arrangement that can accommodate a variety of living requirements, whether as a single home, independent residences, or accommodation for extended family and guests.

The ground-floor apartment comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the maisonette above includes three bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, together with a main bathroom and a separate guest bathroom. Living spaces throughout both residences are oriented towards the sea, with large terraces extending across each level and uninterrupted views over the Corinthian Gulf.

Although identical in appearance, the two buildings differ in their internal arrangement. In one residence, an internal staircase connects the ground-floor apartment with the maisonette, allowing the property to function as a single home. In the second, each level has its own private entrance, creating two fully independent residences that can be occupied separately.
