The house, an ancient tower, stands on the slopes of the mountain overlooking the Conca dei Marini, a bay with high cliffs on the blue sea, surrounded by vegetable gardens and lemon plantations arranged in terraces. We are in the heart of the Amalfi Coast which, since 1997, has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Surrounded by 12,000 square meters of land, inside the tower you can breathe all the charm of the original residence, remained intact thanks to the careful and respectful renovation work that has been carried out. From an architectural point of view, the tower, combined with its arrangement on the rocky slopes, offers guests a truly extraordinary panoramic view, with windows that, like paintings, frame suggestive views and infuse bright and fresh atmospheres to the rooms.

The main body of the home is on three levels, on a total area of 130 square meters, with the living area on the ground floor with entrance, living room and kitchen, the sleeping area with bedroom, wardrobe and bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom-study with bathroom downstairs.

In the rooms, a formal purism with neutral tones dominates. The essential and organic lines of the furnishings, with natural materials, create a visual continuity between inside and outside.

The property offers absolute privacy thanks to the garden of over 12,000 square meters that extends over different levels with wonderful terraces and an exclusive view of the sea: silent lawns, the vegetable garden with the possibility of picking seasonal fruit and vegetables, countless corners where you can take time for yourself and finally the private beach, reserved for guests only, with direct access to the crystal clear sea of the bay of Capo Conca.
