The House

The Location

This lovely property in Marche, which is just a few minutes from the small town of Colmurano (shops, bars, restaurants, groceries), can be easily reached along a very convenient paved but not busy municipal road. Only the last part (about 400 mt) is graveled and always well maintained. Indeed, you may enjoy a nice 20min walk to town, if you like. The area is extremely quiet but not isolated.

The property is between 10 and 20 minutes away from some of the nicest towns and villages in Marche: San Ginesio, Tolentino, Loro Piceno, Urbisaglia, just to quote a few. The airport of Ancona-Falconara is about one hour away.
