Villa In Cala Morell

Cala Morell is a small, low-density residential enclave on the northwestern tip of Menorca, roughly five kilometres from Ciutadella. It occupies a dramatic limestone coastline where the land drops into a series of narrow coves, and the residential streets run through mature pine forest. The urbanization has no commercial development to speak of, which is precisely what defines its character: it attracts buyers who want seclusion, natural surroundings, and direct access to the sea without the density of a resort.

The cove beach at Cala Morell is a short walk from Carrer Àguila. For daily provisions and restaurants, Ciutadella is a fifteen-minute drive and offers the covered Mercat Municipal, the harbour-front dining along Plaça des Born, and a full range of services. The prehistoric necropolis at Cala Morell itself is immediately adjacent to the urbanization.

Ciutadella is accessible in around fifteen minutes by car. Menorca Airport, located near Maó on the eastern side of the island, is approximately fifty kilometres away, roughly a fifty-minute drive. The airport operates direct routes to major European cities including London, Barcelona, Madrid, and Frankfurt, with frequency increasing substantially during the summer season. Ferry connections from Ciutadella port link to Mallorca and the Spanish mainland throughout the year.
