In Ciutadella, in the historic centre of Menorca, the Oleo family’s palace, covering nearly 500 m² over three floors, with a terrace and views of the Mediterranean. Since the 19th century, the Oleo family has made its home on one of Ciutadella’s most iconic streets. Every year during the “caracol de ses Voltes”, the horses taking part in the Sant Joan festivities stop right on its doorstep. The palace is both a spectator and a participant.

The high ceilings, original floors, central staircase, twelve rooms spread over three floors and the inner courtyard all bear the mark of everything that has taken place within them. The roof terrace, meanwhile, looks out over Mallorca on a clear day.

Nearly 500 m² to renovate. A history that is not built, but inherited.
