**CITTA’ DELLA PIEVE (PG) Loc. Poggio al Vento:** Agritourism and wine estate with a farmhouse, two independent apartments, outbuildings, and approximately 9.5 hectares of land.

The cultivated land, worked with organic farming, is located at an altitude of 500/600 meters above sea level and is divided into:
- Approximately 4.5 hectares of predominantly Sangiovese vineyard;
