Cinigiano (GR): Winery at 400 m above sea level with cellar, residence, and land of about 37.5 hectares, composed as follows:

37.5 hectares of land including:
- 5 hectares of high-quality vineyards of Sangiovese, Vermentino, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The plants are arranged with a density of 6,400 plants per hectare and trained in the spurred cordon and Guyot systems, all within the Montecucco DOCG area and perfectly productive;
- 24 hectares of hilly arable land suitable for all types of cultivation;
- Approximately 6 hectares of pasture;
- 1.7 hectares of woodland;
- Olive grove of about 4,000 square meters.

Building on two above-ground floors totaling 620 square meters, partially used for residential purposes and partially used as a cellar:
- Apartment of 130 square meters on two levels with storage room and staircase on the ground floor, and residence with living room, kitchen with covered veranda, three bedrooms, hallway, two bathrooms, storage room, and a terrace of 247 square meters on the first floor.
- Cellar of 490 square meters with aging room on the semi-basement floor and cellar in good condition with smooth quartz floors, air conditioning units, internal aluminum fixtures, office, and bathroom on the ground floor.
