Agriturismo Cinigiano

This FARMHOUSE is located in the municipality of Cinigiano, easily accessible from the main road. It consists of a main building measuring 370 square meters plus outdoor spaces, spread over two levels and surrounded by approximately 23 hectares of irrigated land.

The farmhouse comprises three completely independent apartments on the ground floor, used for the agritourism business, sleeping a total of 17 people. The first apartment comprises a living/dining room with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom), and a single bedroom. The second apartment comprises a kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, accessible via a spiral staircase. The third apartment comprises a kitchen, double bedroom, and bathroom. Each apartment has its own private outdoor space with a barbecue area.

The ground floor also includes a utility room and a pantry. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, is the approximately 150 square meter master apartment comprising a dining room, kitchen, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large hallway, a storage room, and a corner balcony.

A garden of approximately 5,500 square meters surrounds the building, which includes a swimming pool and several agricultural outbuildings (former pigsty, chicken coop, woodshed, barn, and tool shed). The 23-hectare plot is divided into 2.5 hectares of olive grove with approximately 730 trees in production, arable land, and coppice. There is a well and an irrigation pond.
