Two ferries serve the island daily: the nonprofit Chebeague Transportation Co., with its frequent fifteen-minute trips from Cousins Island; and infrequent ferries from Portland waterfront by Casco Bay Line. The fastest boat service is with Chebeague or Portland water taxis.
