Entirely refurbished through the use of avant-garde architectural principles, the Villa retains elegance recognizable only in the Liberty style. The identity of the Villa is defined by some absolute elements uniqueness, primarily its position. Cesenatico has the privilege of owning the most elegant port of the Riviera, whose original nucleus dates back to the fourteenth century, cared for and constantly qualified to become a center ordered by peculiar measure and refinement. The Villa is located right in this fulcrum, next to the Canal, a few steps from the small dock, overlooking the sea and on the lighthouse, or on the aurora, and overlooking the front of the main avenue, near the Grand Hotel Da Vinci.
Unique not only for its position but also for being one of the rare examples of early twentieth century architecture preserved and redeveloped in full compliance with the typology, through a rigorous philological study and the use of materials of value faithful to the originals, handcrafted. The value of each element nestles in the its simplicity, in its singular being.
The Villa is placed under the protection of the Superintendency of Fine Arts for its cultural value and landscaping.
The Villa has been radically qualified in strict compliance of the type and through the use of the most advanced technologies, both at an architectural and plant engineering level. The building blocks of the roof hold up in the absence of connecting components, through an innovative Swedish self-locking system. The entire internal flooring - made up of cement tiles - comes from the finest Umbrian artistic craftsmanship. Similarly - handmade - is the flooring exterior in grit, characterized by decorative motifs floral typical of Art Nouveau. The railings on the windows were handcrafted on an ancient drawing of a master iron. The garden was born from a project of a designer of externals with experience in the English royal estate. The entire property is equipped with an air conditioning system. On the ground floor there is a large room with independent access. The service floor is equipped with water doors. The brightness given by the elegant openings is enlarged from a height of over four meters, with an exposed ceiling of light wooden beams, which are held up by virtue of a Swedish state-of-the-art self-locking system. At the back of the house a large terrace - connected to the garden through the original external staircase - constitutes a outdoor lounge with a view of the Adriatic coast. The windows and the balcony of the front instead overlook the the most elegant area of Cesenatico, the promenade and the roundabout flowery in front of the Grand Hotel Da Vinci.
The Villa is located a few steps from the beach, with access direct and driveway at the back.
