Stunning 15th Century Farmhouse With Pool

Recently renovated, this agritourism is located close to the village of Cerreto Guidi and a few kilometres away from Vinci and Florence.
It is immersed in the gentle hills of the surrounding area and faces a vineyard with a view on Cerreto Guidi.
The property is currently active with an excellent occupancy all year round.

The agritourism is 500 sq.m. and includes 6 apartments, the reception and a part of the farmhouse that needs to be restored. The style is typical of the ancient Tuscan farmhouses surrounded by a unique view. A refined pergola is the perfect frame for a wonderful view on the characteristic hills of this territory.
The apartments are well-finished and enriched with precious details that make them perfect for staying in this wonderful place near Florence. Each apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
The spaces have beautiful ceilings with exposed beams. The reception has an office to welcome guests and an equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast in the morning.
The part that has to be restored is perfect for obtaining additional spaces useful for the accomodating activity, as is currently used as storage room.

The outdoor space offers several relax areas and a 3,000 sq.m. garden with a bio-pool (without chlorine) that is unique for its position nestled in the heart of the hill.

This is ideal to invest in Tuscany in a charming context, also because it is possible to buy also olive tree groves and vineyards in the surrounding area.
