Description
The detached house has an area of about 250 square meters on two levels, currently divided into two independent apartments that can be easily joined together. The one on the ground floor consists of entrance hall, kitchenette, dining room, bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace, a second large living room, double bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower.
The other one is developed all on the second floor and accessed from the external staircase consists of central hallway, large bathroom, two double bedrooms one of which with ensuite bathroom, large storage room, kitchen with large living room with fireplace. Condition and finishes
The origins date back to the 1800s and has had several major interventions. The first in the 1930s with the addition of the second level, the second in the 1980s, and the last and most important in the early 2000s with renovations involving the systems, the roof, and the distribution of the current interior spaces. The roof was entirely redone with sheathing and insulation, the systems new with use of home automation. Solid wood exterior fixtures and double glazing, terracotta floors, bathrooms with elegant finishes, while still in the style of the house. Some interior work would allow the restoration of the internal staircase to make a unique house. Note the presence inside the house of the old oven with the typical brick vault and the old cave dug into the earth, which was used as a cold room and currently covered with a porthole of ground glass.
Outdoor Spaces
Immersed in a plot of land of about 4 hectares that completely surrounds it and in which there are about 300 olive trees that give the famous Tuscan oil, of these the nearest 5,000 square meters are fenced off and kept as a garden with numerous succulent plants, flowering bushes and bushes of medicinal plants.
