Monte Belo Retreat is located directly on the beach and is completely walled. The harmonious connection with nature is also reflected in the 6 bedroom suites of the house.
The kitchen offers everything one could wish for. A six-burner gas cooker, a large refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a deep fryer, a coffee maker and numerous other appliances are included in the purchase price. The kitchen also offers a fully equipped laundry room.

Several water features and the sound of the ocean waves enhance the sublime atmosphere of the property. The tropical gardens surrounding the stunning infinity pool, which offers the most beautiful views in the region, and an outdoor Jacuzzi allow for perfect relaxation and instantly put you in the holiday mood.

The beach area north of Natal in Jacuma and Porto Mirim is considered one of the best parts of this strip of land. There are only 46 houses and most of them belong to politicians, doctors and businessmen from Natal. The area between the Naf Naf restaurant and the small creek in Porto Mirim is called the ”Golden Mile”. The most attractive part of the Golden Mile is Porto Mirim with only 14 houses. Casa Monte Belo is situated in the most privileged location with total privacy and a fantastic view of the bay, the village of Muriu, the dunes and the open sea, but not isolated.

There are a few beachside restaurants, like Miramar, that are conveniently located within walking distance of Casa Monte Belo. It’s a family-friendly environment without any discos, but there are plenty of parties during the New Year’s celebrations. January is also a popular month for holidays.

The house is usually rented out consistently during Carnival, generating rental income for the owners.
The climate is one of the best in the world, with temperatures ranging from about 18ºC to a maximum of 33ºC all year round and a light breeze from the sea which is very pleasant. In general, the humidity in this area is low.

Do not expect the typical European infrastructure. This is the tropics! The road with all the expensive houses is a dirt road, although some homeowners pave the road and the driveways to their properties, as in Casa Monte Belo.
