The stone villa, surrounded by pine trees with a beautiful lawn and a splendid garden that enjoys ample privacy, has a large flowered terrace on the front and a large patio on the back overlooking the pool area with two living corners with facing sofas, a and large table for pleasant outdoor dining.
The entrance on the main level opens into a beautiful living room with fireplace and direct access to the patio, the dining room with large French doors leading to the landscaped garden/patio
with barbecue for pleasant outdoor dinners. The kitchen is also connected to the living area, which is practical and functional, with access to the outdoor dining area. The rooms are all very bright.
A total of 7 rooms are available to guests on the first floor of the Villa. Two in front and 5 in the back on the sea side of the villa. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, private bathroom and air conditioning. Wifi throughout the property. The villa also has a guest bathroom on the ground floor.
The lower floor includes a large two-car garage, the laundry room and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the exclusive use of the villa staff.
A 70m driveway takes you to the beach with a private shed.
